Brotherhood

What is Brotherhood?
Brotherhood is a service organization within the temple affiliated with the national organization Men of Reform Judaism. Our purposes are to provide comradeship to our members, to foster the dissemination of Jewish and secular knowledge, and to engage in tikkun olam by providing our time and expertise to the congregation, to the Jewish community, and to the community at large. Get involved! Brotherhood isn’t just worthwhile, it is fun. For more info, contact Brotherhood President Jeff Dashew.

Brotherhood Funding

Each year Brotherhood of Congregation Gates of Heaven will be awarding funds to organizations in the Gates community. Funding provided by Brotherhood has helped to enhance the programs of many organizations for years. A primary goal of Brotherhood is to be able to help fund the work of a variety of deserving recipients. Each requester may be asked to make a more formal presentation to the Brotherhood Board in July of the funding year.

2019 Funding Application TBA
